Hola, I'm Rina Orellana
25+ years of dancing, teaching, and obsessing over flamenco. I run the Online Flamenco Studio and a physical academy in the Los Angeles area, — and I hold a BA in dance with a background in dance kinesiology.
But honestly, the real education has been 20+ years of teaching bodies of every age and level, watching what breaks down, what holds up, and what makes the difference. Add to that my own commitment to staying strong and mobile as a working dancer — and the rabbit hole of modalities I've gone down to figure out what actually works — and this course is the result of all of it.

This course is designed for prevention and building strength, not for treating an acute injury. If you're dealing with something specific, check with your doctor first. That said, many of these exercises are gentle enough to start even when things are a little achy.
Both. Your knees don't care how many years you've been dancing — they need this either way. The exercises are approachable for all levels.
Each video is 8–12 minutes. You can do them one at a time, stack a few, or build a rotation that fits your schedule.
