Answers to other questions....
Let me know and I'll bring an extra one for you--- or help you borrow another one from someone else.
Significant others are NOT allowed for the dance workshops and reception. But they ARE welcome to the flamenco show. Tickets for the general public will be made available.
September is tricky because sometimes it feels like summer and sometimes it feels like fall! If it's summer-like, then it's in the mid to high 70's during the day and cooler at night. Sometimes there are heatwaves, so it could be in the 80's even. If it's more like fall, then it's in the 60's with cooler nights.
Our dance studio is located in "Old Town Torrance”. Within walking distance, there are restaurants, cafes and a great bakery.
The area is well known for some of the best Japanese and Korean restaurants and markets in all of Los Angeles.
Some current favorites right near the studio:
- *Madre! Oaxacan Resaurant & Mezcaleria on Cabrillo Avenue
- *Local Kitchen on Sartori Ave.
- *A BUNCH of amazing Korean and Japanese food in the strip mall on Carson and Western Avenue
- *Project Barley Brew Pub on Van Ness
- *Torrance Bakery on El Prado Avenue
Heading west on almost any of the major boulevards will take you to beaches with great views of the Pacific and the Palos Verdes Peninsula.
