New Beginners - Today we kick it up a notch by drilling combinations using talón and punta. This will require some balance, so be sure to really keep those abs engaged!
Experienced Dancers - Today we’re splitting the compás in half! That means that the first half is syncopated and the second half is on the beat. If it’s a little difficult for you, then be sure to keep your hands on your hips, abs tight, legs relaxed. To make it more challenging for you, then try adding arms or playing palmas. Focus on making smooth transitions between the two sequences.

DANCE. Take the lesson with me.
PRACTICE. Use solo compás to practice- the slower the better! (That’s the practice music ;)
RECORD. Video a short snippet of your practice with solo compás.
POST. Upload the video to the Online Flamenco Studio FREE Community Group.
